FAQ
Our process and answers to your most frequently asked questions
In this section, we answer the most common questions about the tattoo process — from how to book your session to aftercare, pricing, and key details to ensure a safe and personalized experience. Here, you'll find all the essential information to help you prepare and make the most of your new body art project.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are made via email. When sending your message, please include the following information:
Visual references (if any): images or ideas you would like to use as inspiration.
Placement: tell us where you would like to get the tattoo and, if possible, send a photo of the area.
Approximate size: you can specify in centimeters or give a general idea (e.g., “hand-sized”).
Preferred dates: mention the days you are available or the days of the week that work best for you.
Note: Weekends tend to fill up quickly, so if possible, choose weekday dates for better availability.
How much does a tattoo cost?
The price of a tattoo is as unique as each project I create. It can vary depending on several factors, such as:
Size of the piece
Level of complexity
Time required for research and design creation
Location on the body where the tattoo will be done
Duration of the session to execute the artwork
Due to the personalized nature of my work, it is not possible to provide an exact quote without first having a consultation. This way, I ensure that each project receives the attention and dedication it deserves.
Is the price charged by the hour or by the design?
It depends on the tattoo! Some tattoos are charged by the hour, others by the size and complexity of the design. The best option is to schedule a consultation to assess the exact quote.
Does getting a tattoo hurt a lot?
Yes, getting a tattoo hurts, but the intensity of the pain varies greatly from person to person and depends on the area of the body. Most people describe it as a tolerable discomfort, similar to a constant scratching sensation. Areas with more bones, less fat, or around joints tend to hurt more. However, the pain is bearable and is part of the experience!
How long does it take to heal?
The initial healing time usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. However, full skin regeneration can take up to 90 days. Following the proper aftercare is essential for the final result.
Can I choose any design?
Yes, tattooing is a very personal form of expression! I generally work with custom tattoos, developing themes and emotions through the art, but I can adapt any idea to make it perfect and unique for you.
Can I see a sketch before getting the tattoo?
Of course! I create a sketch based on your idea, and we adjust it together before starting the tattoo. I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the design.
Do you do small tattoos or only large projects?
I do both. I value original projects but also work with small tattoos, as long as they are well thought out and of high quality. Since I have limited availability, I only take on projects that match my style and where I can truly stand out.
How long does a tattoo session last?
The duration depends on the size and complexity of the artwork. Small sessions can last between 1 to 2 hours, while larger projects may take several hours or be divided into multiple sessions.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes! To secure your spot on the schedule, a deposit payment is required. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day of the session. The deposit ensures your commitment to the date and covers the time dedicated to preparing the design and organizing materials.
✅ Conditions:
The deposit amount varies depending on the size and complexity of the project.
The booking is only confirmed after sending proof of payment.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the session.
❌ Cancellations and rescheduling:
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
If you need to reschedule, notify at least 72 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit.
Rescheduling within less than 72 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.
By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.
Can I bring someone with me?
You can bring one companion, but they must remain in the waiting area. To maintain a calm and safe environment, only one person is allowed in the workspace during the session.
Are you available for private sessions in other countries?
Yes. Besides the previously announced tours, I offer the possibility of private international sessions upon request. These sessions are designed for clients seeking discretion, artistic excellence, and a fully personalized experience.
I work with a limited number of public figures such as musicians, athletes, entrepreneurs, and celebrities, adapting the service to their schedules and needs.
